The Goal

The goal of this project was to clearly communicate a complex offering while guiding users toward the correct subscription flow.

My Role

What my part in this Project was

I worked as a UX/UI Designer, focusing on page structure, visual hierarchy, and content clarity. My responsibility was to ensure users could easily understand the value of the Multi Device option and smoothly continue to the correct contract page to complete their purchase.

Context

What is this for?

The Multi Device option depends heavily on the user’s existing mobile subscription, which means pricing and eligibility cannot always be displayed directly on the overview page. This creates a challenge: users need enough information to understand the product without being overwhelmed or misled by incomplete pricing details.

Design Decisions

My focus

To address this, I focused on clarity, guidance, and visual support:

  • Structured the page to clearly explain the benefit of Multi Device before showing pricing

  • Directed users to the contract page for detailed, personalized pricing information

  • Used visually distinct cards to present key information in a scannable format

  • Ensured strong text readability by applying dark gradients behind text placed over imagery

  • Designed supporting device cards (e.g. tablets, smartwatches, notebooks) to help users quickly understand compatibility

These decisions help users stay oriented while progressing through a complex product journey.

Outcome

My Learnings

The final page balances marketing needs and usability, making a complex subscription option easier to understand.

  • Users receive clear expectations before entering the contract flow

  • Visual hierarchy supports fast scanning and comprehension

  • Design choices improve readability and accessibility

  • The page demonstrates how UX decisions can reduce confusion even when constraints exist

This project highlights my ability to design within real product constraints, collaborate with business logic, and create clarity in complex digital experiences.
